STDs/STIs

STD stands for sexually transmitted diseases, also referred to as STI (sexually transmitted infections) that are spread by all forms of sexual activity. Bacterial STDs include chlamydia, and gonorrhea. Viral STDs include genital herpes and HIV/AIDS. STD diagnostic tests can be for routine screening, exposure, or presenting symptoms.
